Garage Doors-Thermacore 190 or 490 series / Legacy 69

We are looking to replace 2 garage doors (9×7) /openers and have an estimate from Overhead Doors for their Thermacore 190 and 490 series and Overhead Door Legacy 696. Has anyone purchased these doors/openers? Price range? The garage is not heated and there is an attic above the garage. Any information would be helpful. Thanks.
