   We build an EPDM covered deck and add decking on sleepers when your desire is requested.

   Building a home it makes sense to ask questions prior to building not after. Trex and others sell under deck drain systems, that is your choice now.

   同意了。您还可以使用轻量级concrete tile loose laid on the EPDM. No maintenance finish, 10X better looking than Trex.

   James, After years of frustration dealing with both wood and composite decks I've started using concrete on all of them, whether they use membranes or not. Even using regular pavers it only adds about 20 lbs per foot dead load, which seldom necessitates much beefing up of the structure. The tyranny of deck maintenance must end!

   I used to work with these guys on product development, this system actually works:

   so will 24' galvalume panels mounted on steel hangers and with at least 1/4 bubble fall. Be careful as most plastic wood composite decks need ventilation underneath to keep them from doing crazy things. The dryspace system was designed with composite decks in mind, but Galavalume option is quick and cheap.
