Does anyone have experience ventillating a flat roof through the inside face of the parapet?

I have a flat roof assembly that consists of a green roof on top of TPO, on plywood that spans sleepers (for slope) filled in with rigid insul, followed by structural sheathing, cellulose insulation and TJI’s @ 16″ oc. I’m holding a 1″ air space above the rigid for ventilation, but I’m not quite sure how the ventillation at the parapet will work to maintain a weather seal and adequate ventillation. Cor-a-vent makes a strip vent that I’m thinking of using. Does anyone have information on this flat roof venting?
