I want to install solar panels on my roof, but I’m worrying about possible problem on my roof due to the solar roof. As you know the link between the solar panels and the roof deteriorate and the roof will have problems eventually.
How can I spot the possible problem in advance, because I cannot access large portion of my roof from the inside of my house.
Thank you!

The old-school way is binoculars. More modern is drone video.
If you go up on the roof, look for deteriorating seals around roof penetrations. Usually this means look for cracks and/or separation the sealant from the things being sealed. You’re not guaranteed to catch every possible problem this way, but it’s about the best you can do.
You could potentially build a support structure that minimizes the total number of roof penetrations too. Fewer penetrations mean fewer potential problem spots.

Thank you Bill and DCContrarian! If I have access to the roof, i can check the roof from the inside.
I guess visual checking from the outside is the only option for me.
If there's a way to get temporary attic access, for example when the roof is being re-done, you could install some USB or POE cameras in the attic, and run the cables to some accessible location. Then when you want you can plug in a computer and have a peek.
