He is a well-rounded engineering professional with experience in design, manufacturing, information technology, and marketing. Steve hold 6 U.S. and international patents, with more pending.
Jake McAlpineis manager of technical support at The Energy Conservatory. He has 12 years of experience in the Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP), and worked as an energy auditor and program manager for a weatherization service provider in the Minneapolis area. Jake then moved to the Minnesota Department of Commerce, where he worked in training and technical assistance and later as program supervisor. Jake has a Bachelors of Science degree in Residential Building Science and Technology from the University of Minnesota.
