Air leakage when below freezing

JMMR| Posted inEnergy Efficiency and Durabilityon

I have a question about air tightness, I am seeing frost or condensation in my eve’s of my house on below freezing days. I have a unvented roof assembly with exposed eve’s. My house is tight, my blower door numbers were at 0.62. Is this a normal phenomenon? Or could it be air rising in the rain screen and showing it’s face on the underside of the soffit? You see the frost in the morning before the sun gets on to the exterior wall.
