cabinet refacing

I have a client who wants to reface Thermafoil face frames and replace her cabinet doors and drawers. The existing laminate is delaminating. Do I need to remove the existing laminate or can I re-glue it and apply the new veneer over it? Also, I’m looking for sources for refacing veneers.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
