Given the importance of climate zone to the nature of this forum I would highly recommend that it be a required drop down field in the “Create Community Question” pages.

As a new reader, and as one who is concerned primarily with a climate zone that appears to be less representative (only 50 search results for 3b insulation vs 10000 for insulation) of the site’s incredible contributors, it would be helpful if one could easily filter search results to a given and/or multiple climate zones. Additionally, such a database field would make it easy to inform thread viewers and responders in a normalized fashion (color coding or placement in the header or footer).

Just a friendly suggestion.
