Recommendations for 1:1 Minisplit Configuration

Any recommendations on the best 1 to 1 minisplit configuration for ducted units? Their modulation doesn’t seem to be as low as the wall units. I thought their modulation was dependent on their outdoor condenser. Does anyone know the real deal to this?

I have been searching for a duct unit that can modulate down to similar numbers of the wall units similar to the LG art cool premiers:LA090HYV3

But it doesn’t seem any of the large manufacturers have lower modulating duct units that also have the hyper heat option in them.
