Can someone do an article on what’s going on in the SPF market? You can’t get demilec HFO foam in the NE apparently.

I'm not surprised -- there are all kinds of screwy supply chain issues lately. My vendors have been warning me of possible copper wire shortages this summer, and copper is up 40+ percent in the past quarter or two. Since most of my commerical work involves a lot of big electrical work, this is a big deal.
My lumberyard thinks there will be a shortage of pressure treated lumber again this spring. There are likely other materials that have either increased substantially in cost or are in short supply too.
